Pioneers First Full Length Album is Out!
Pioneers self titled debut album hit the Itunes metaphorical shelves at 12 am this morning. I had the pleasure of receiving the album early. As did people who attended Pioneers release party. Anyone who was a News from Verona fan and loved their NFV, I think will walk away from this album satisfied.
The album over-all shows a much more solid and matured band in Pioneer. It was exactly what I expected...
Pioneer’s CD Release Show was a Hit
Josh Randolph of Pioneer, formerly News From Verona, was one of the first people I met in this music scene. So of course when the band that got me into this scene was having a release show for their first full length album I had to attend.
The night started off with the boys in Don’t Call it a Comeback, they did a great job of getting the crowd going and the audience geared up for the night.

With the direction in which music sales have traveled lately, record labels have become less important. Social networking and learning...
Pop Punks Not Dead Tour Chicago House of Blues
The Pop Punks not Dead Tour didn’t make it to Indianapolis but it did make a stop at the Chicago House of Blues (HOB.) The night at the House of Blues was amazing from the moment we arrived til the moment the show ended. The show was sold out and the place was packed in every single crevice, I had never seen the HOB so full. There was an energy in the place that you could feel, so many people...

Thanks for a GREAT Year!
First and foremost Happy Halloween! One year a go today I started with IndyConcerts.com and am happy to say it has been one of the most incredible years of my life. I have loved every second of it.
I loved getting to know the local musicians and finding the story in this city.
I love that the local music scene revived me and reminded me what a music scene can be. Some of you might get down on this...
Never Shout Never at the Egyptian Room this Sunday
Christofer Drew Ingle the mind behind Never Shout Never began creating music in 2005. He quickly gained ground on Myspace before ever releasing an EP. It didn’t take long before people began to take notice of the young man. Soon he found himself gracing the stage of TRL (Total Request Live,) he performed what would be his first hit “Big city Dreams.”
Soon he found himself on tour...
