Coming into this week Zakk Knight had his first days of school to focus on and now his focus expands to include a television appearance on the Indy Style morning show on WISH TV channel 8 on Friday and his second appearance at Bean Blossom Blues, Brews, & BBQ in Morgantown Indiana this Saturday. It’s especially big since Zakk is 16 yrs old and opens Saturday’s event with Kenny Wayne Shepherd as the headliner! Friday starts it off with a music performance from Zakk and his band-mates Roger Logan and Raymon Guajardo as the popular CBS morning show Indy Style previews the event. The Zakk Knight Band will perform one, possibly two songs live and speak briefly of the following days blues festival performance. The events promoter was on Indy Style Tuesday sharing information of this fabulous event. Be sure and set your dvr to record the Indy Style performance if you’re unable to watch live and or go to www.indystyle.tv and watch throughout the day Friday for when the edited video will be available to watch online. Most of all make plans to attend this event and don’t miss the Zakk Knight Band’s performance on Saturday which starts at 1:30pm. Zakk and the band have been working hard in preparation for this event and plan to give you a memorable performance showcasing a few Zakk Knight originals, some classic blues rock cuts, and some serious guitar play sure to get your blood pumping! An excellent lineup will follow Zakk and company leading into Kenny Wayne Shepherd who’ll end the night with a bang! Show up early and be a part of the welcome presence of fans for Indy’s newest blues rock guitarist.
