???

Billy Squier rocked that night. I think you guys are just not real BS fans.
Also check out his web site, the tour is based on songs from his past for the real BS fan.I'm sure they do not start mixing songs around night by night just to play the tunes everybody knows. they dude had so many hits and played already four well known. others were a real treat for the real fan.

as a guitar player, of course I love jams, especially when these guys are that good. boring to go to a concert and hear the songs the same way, it was interesting to hear.
his voice is outstanding, think back 20 years , listen to an album and than to squier live...

BUT , I can understand if you're just not a fan you're not gonna have something positive to say. so I only ask to be open minded and listen to the music. these guys are all artists and it is great that they still do think about performing not the usual way, instead mixing things up. and again: FOR A REAL BILLY SQUIER FAN IT WAS A TREAT!

I was at the concert also and I agree 100% with Lisa. Loverboy was great, you could tell they were having fun and enjoyed the crowd. They left you wanting more. Billy Squier on the other hand acted like he was only there because he needed the money. His vocals were good, but the guitar playing was awful. Please bring Loverboy back, this time as the main act...they deserve it.

Agree with the previous comments. Loverboy was very good, Billy Squier was very bad. It's too bad because Billy's voice and playing was in excellent form, but there were several problems with the show:

1. Song selection was terrible - he had so many great songs to choose from, why not come out and get the crowd hooked with several classics and then throw in a newer song or two??
2. Why the extended jams on so many songs? - "Everybody Want's You" is NOT a jam song, it's a straight-ahead rocker. I could understand having one extended jam song to showcase the band, but come on....
3. Not in tune with the crowd - Billy didn't seem to know or care what the crowd wanted to hear.

Loverboy was great and really had the crowd. Billy Squier was not so good. He only played a couple of familiar tunes. We had VIP tickets and people were leaving around us. He needs to remember the crowd was mostly 80's fans. I would replace Billy Squier next year.

We were at the concert and had VIP tickets for Saturday night's show. Loverboy was great! Billy Squier was not so good. He didn't play any familiar tunes but two and people around us were leaving one after another. We stuck it out but were very disappointed with his performance. Next year, get Loverboy back but get another band to replace Billy Squier. He needs to remember that most of the crowd were teenagers in the late 70's and 80's.
