Chris Brown’s New Album ‘Graffiti’ Hits Stores Today

chris-brownChris Brown’s newest album Graffiti dropped today.

The album’s first single “I Can Transform Ya” featuring Lil Wayne climbed to Top 10 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop and Rhythmic radio charts. The second single “Crawl” which has already hit radio stations across the US has been received warmly thus far.

Though songs from his new album have been met warmly, there seem to be issues with some of the lyrics in a few of the songs. The hip-hop prince who is desperately trying to rebuild his reputation after ‘The Incident’ (you know, the one where he whooped Rihanna’s ass-allegedly bit her too, and wrecked a car that could probably pay for my tuition) seems to fluctuate between lyrics whining for sympathy, and others that seem to blatanly refer to the incident in total disregard.

Personally, I think both “I Can Transform Ya” and “Crawl” are uber catchy songs, and Brown is an incredibly talented singer AND dancer. The rest though, I leave up to you to decide. Listen to the album and drop some feedback!
