Cornmeal will perform at the Bluebird in Bloomington on Thursday, February 18.
The band has a very unique style. While most of their songs are bluegrass-based, they often include elements of country, R&B, jazz, and even funk and disco. They blend their Americana and folk roots with modern jam-band influences to create a sound all their own. Cornmeal is a staple in the Chicago music scene, and their frequent touring and outstanding live show has earned them a nation-wide following.
