Country star Kellie Pickler was a contestant on American Idol’s 5th season where she finished in 6th place. Despite the fact that she didn’t even make it to top 3, Pickler has done quite well for herself. She signed on to a lable in 2006, and released her debut album Small Town Girl that same year. Since then, she’s had 3 singles reach the Billboard Hot County Songs charts-”Red High Heels”, “I Wonder” and “Things That Never Cross a Man’s Mind”. Her first single from her self-titled 2nd album is s”Don’t You Know You’re Beautiful” which was released in 2008. From the same album, the song “Best Days of Your Life”, which she co-wrote with friend Taylor Swift, has become her first Top 10-and most successful-hit. She toured with Taylor Swift on her 2009 Fearless Tour.
