Indianapolis Concert: JET at the Slippery Noodle Inn!

Australian rockband JET will be performing at the Slippery Noodle Inn on Saturday, April 3rd!

The band, comprised of Cameron Muncey, Mark Wilson and brothers Nic and Chris Cester, has sold 4 million records worldwide since the 2003 release of their debut album Get Born. Of the 4 million records sold, that album alone sold 3.5 million.

Nic Cester and Muncey were high school friends when they decided to form a band. It wasn’t until 2002 that they met Mark Wilson at a concert and asked him to play with them.  That same year, the band released an EP entitled Dirty Sweet. After the release of Get Born in 2003, the band released Shine On in 2006 and Shaka Rock in 2009.

A few of their singles include “Are You Gonna Be My Girl“, “Cold Hard Bitch” and “Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is“-all three of which made it to top 10 on US Charts.

This year, Jet released the single “Seventeen” from last year’s Shaka Rock album. [Awesome song, in my opinion-very different sound from their usual! Check it out:]

The band will be performing at the Slippery Noodle Inn on Saturday, April 3rd with 40% Steve as their opening act. The show begins at 8pm. The show is 21 & over.
