Local radio station WZPL will be hosting their annual holiday concert, Jingle Jam, on December 9th, and as always, they have an outstanding line-up prepared. The All-American Rejects, Barenaked Ladies, and Five for Fighting (as well as another band, yet to be announced) will all be rocking the stage at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis.
These three bands have all been major players in the pop-rock scene for most of the last decade, so it’s a great opportunity to be able to see them all in the same place on the same night. AAR have had a number of hits in the last few years, most notably “Gives You Hell,” “Move Along,” and “Dirty Little Secret.” Barenaked Ladies and Five for Fighting both have monster hits in their past, as well. BNL’s “One Week” reached the top of the Billboard charts, as did “100 Years” for Five for Fighting.
All three of these bands are known to put on great concerts, and it should be a lot of fun to watch. Make sure you get your tickets before they’re gone!
Awesome concert! Five for Fighting was great, BNL puts on a GREAT show, even the elms were ok. AAR, not so much. They put out good cd’s, but their live show sucks. They were really off, I’m glad they were the headliner and went last, I left halfway through them.
