Emerson Theater, in Indianapolis, is in for some punkness Saturday night. I love writing about The Gay Black Republicans because so many people stop and look and think “did he really just say that?” Not that it is a bad thing, its just not something you hear everyday. Good marketing to the Gay Black Republicans. They are actually not black at all but they do have a new album out that isn’t half bad. They have a surfer/punk/rock sound that actually pretty entertaining. Their new album is titled “Capitol Wave” which you can get at their Myspace page. The show starts at 7:30pm and tickets are $8 at the door. good luck
