Indianapolis Concert: Jack Johnson Coming to Indy this Summer!

Jack Johnson has scheduled a stop in Indy during his To the Sea tour!

Singer-Songwriter and surfer Jack Johnson rose to fame after the release of his debut album Brushfire Fairytales in 2001. A year later, he and his wife created Brushfire Records to release soundtracks for surf films. Besides working on his own music, he has directed and starred in films, and produced Animal Liberation Orchestra’s 5th studio album, entitled Man of the World.

Known for his soft rock and acoustic sound, Johnson has released 4 more albums since his 2001 debut, including On and On in 2003, In Between Dreams in 2005, Sleep Through the Static in 2008. This year, Johnson will release his 5th album entitled To The Sea, which is to be released in June of this year. The album’s single is “You and Your Heart.”

The band consists of Johnson on vocals and guitar, Adam Topol on drums, Merlo Podlewski on Bass, and Zach Gill on piaono.

On Friday, July 23, Johnson will take to the stage at the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville, IN. Tickets will go on sale on April 4th!

  2. I am all too aware this is slightly off topic, but I’d just like to find out, what you think about the general election in australia?
