Tommy, New Writer for IndyConcerts, Alive at 25

Thomas O. Martin II, a long-time musician and entertainment enthusiast, joined the ranks of IndyConcerts recently. He was 25.

The Indiana native has been a longtime drummer, and part-time guitarist throughout his youth. He shared the joy of live music with all of those around him. Most recently he has attended Second City in Chicago, IL where he and his peers studied the entertainment that is Improv, and Comedy Writing.

As a songwriter, Tommy is one that wants to make something new and fresh; something real, and not with the assistance of Auto-Tune. He prefers his music loud and heavy, such as Underoath, Thrice, Coheed & Cambria, and The Mars Volta. But, he also enjoys the eclectic sounds of MuteMath, Feist, Umphrey’s McGee, The Roots, and Danny Elfman. He has long been a fan of Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, and Red Hot Chili Peppers, with interest in Lenny Kravitz as well.

During his life, he has been fortunate enough to attend/volunteer at NAMM, South by Southwest, Lollapalooza, ConnSelmer, Hal Leonard, and an internship with Victory Records. Friends and fans alike jump for joy as he writes for your future enjoyment.
Also surviving are his family, friends, peers, drum set, guitars, and fans? (That’s you.)
