Chris Brown plans comeback at Jackson tribute

Chris Brown is a lot of things these days and none of them are good. Next on the list, he will be using the Michael Jackson tribute concert as his comeback platform. Way to be tacky.

The event, which will take place Sept. 26 in Vienna, is being organized by Jackson’s brother, Jermaine who today announced the first set of performers to take the stage. Those people include Mary J. Blige, Akon, Sister Sledge, Natalie Cole, and German boy band US5 as well as Jermaine himself. More performers are yet to be announced, but don’t be surprised to hear Whitney Houston and Madonna’s names come up as they are rumored to be on the list.

Twenty to twenty-five performers are said to sing MJ’s greatest hits in front of a crowd of more than 65,000 people.
