Chris Brown’s lawyer is out of luck and out of time. The California Supreme Court has denied Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, a delay in the preliminary hearing set for Monday. Geragos had previously been denied by the lower courts for the request, prompting him to go to a higher power. Brown will now have to face the music at the hearing on Monday, which will determine if there is enough evidence to go to trial in his double felony against Rihanna. 

Rihanna has been subpoenaed and will provide testimony against her ex-boyfriend at next week’s hearing. And so it begins…
