Chris Brown to appear on Larry King

As if Chris Brown hasn’t come off insincere enough, he sat down with Larry King last night for an atonement interview that is set to air next week. This will be his first sit-down sympathy plea interview since the Incident, which is what I will refer to it as from this point forward, because I think, after all this time, we  know what I’m referring to.

Larry King is so hot right now. He’s like the new Barbara Walters, except that he’s actually been around forever. He’s about as old as “Wah Wah” except that he doesn’t always know what’s up, and he perpetually wears those suspenders –the basis of his appeal. King was described in a recent Vanity Fair article of talking like he has a mouth full of crackers. So true. In fact, I always have that visual in my head when I watch him. He and Chad Kroeger have that in common.

Anyways, King has been the go-to interviewer this summer having sat down with Ryan O’Neal almost immediately after Farrah Fawcett’s death as well hosting a slew of Jackson family and friends in the weeks after MJ died. A few days ago Kate Gosselin appeared to cry about her life post douche Jon and now we get Chris Brown. No doubt King will discuss the probation sentencing that was handed down this week as well as those reports of other violent incidents. I might just have to tune in — with crackers on hand, of course.
